From Skeptic to Believer ~ my Experience with BodyTone

Some things just can’t happen at the gym, especially when you reach a certain age . . . which is why I chose to try BodyTone at True Medical Aesthetics, in Avon, CT. I’ve been super frustrated with my lack of results both in terms of losing weight and getting rid of inches, despite the fact that I do Bikram yoga, recently trained for a marathon, and regularly practice barre.

True Medical Aesthetics is unlike other medspas. Their approach is a holistic one which focuses on the trifecta of mind, body, and spirit. Being physically healthy feels great, but so does feeling great in your skin, and True Medical Aesthetics understands that. The approach at True is one of warmth, welcome, and encouragement. I felt that they understood me as a middle-aged woman who was taking good care of herself, but needed that extra “boost” from a health care provider to look and feel my best.

Tristen recommended that I try BodyTone, a non invasive, FDA-approved procedure that strengthens, tones, and tightens specific muscle groups. It even helps build muscle, which, frankly I thought was too good to be true.

As skeptical as I was, I decided to try it, especially since my efforts in the kitchen and at the gym were not getting me the results I hoped for.

In just thirty minutes, with really no downtime afterward, I could feel a difference immediately, though results are said to take longer I knew I felt “tighter.” A few treatments later, the results are hard to believe! My waistline is smaller, my clothing fits better, and even my husband noticed a difference in my figure – and he never notices anything!

What’s most appealing about True Medical Aesthetics, though, other than their amazing services, is the way they make me feel. I trust them. They are 100% authentic, and have an utter lack of pretense that seems far too prevalent in the beauty industry. The last thing I need is to walk into a place thet feels cold, elitst, or intimindating. True Medical Aesthetics is truly unique, truly geniune, and truly lifechanging.
